Geoff Shreeves is a reporter for various channels notably Sky Sports, FOX Sports and BT Sport, Shreeves joined the channel in 1992, the first season of The Premiership and made his reporting debut in 1999 alongside Clare Tomlinson. He is now a regular figure on the touch-line in key matches notably on Sky Sports coverage of the UEFA Champions League and Ford Super Sunday live games.
Geoff started as a booker on the long-running football discussion show The Footballers’ Show presented initially by Richard Keys, and Geoff went on to produce the show. Geoff can now be seen on the touch-line in key matches in the Barclays Premier League as well as on some of the biggest European and International stages. Shreeves still remains a wonderful interviewer in post-match analysis of players and managers and is notorious for his interview with Branislav Ivanovic where he almost reduced the Serb to tears.
Shreeves has developed fantastic relationships with both players and managers and as a result is able to conduct exclusive interviews with high profile personalities and able to extract illusive and rare information like few others. Furthermore, during his time in football and the developed relationships he has forged, Geoff is instrumental in inviting many live guests onto Sky Sports live football coverage, such as George Graham, Alan Shearer, Steve Bruce, Graeme Souness and Garry McAllister.
Geoff is a fantastic football speaker and event host and has experience with brands such as Carlsberg and SportingBet as well as hosting the Football Extravaganza for Nordoff Robins for whom he is an ambassador. His fan base is global and he features as one of the main voices for the FIFA Football video game franchises, testament to his prowess and popularity within football and is often the unforgiving and unsympathetic voice of injury reports on the infamous game series.
