Hannah Hampton is a professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper in the Women’s Super League for Chelsea and the England National Team. A talented and determined athlete, Hannah’s journey began in Spain, where she spent five years training with Villarreal CF’s youth team before returning to England. She was recruited into Birmingham City’s Centre of Excellence and made her senior debut in a League Cup match against the Doncaster Belles. She went on to make 50 appearances for Birmingham City between 2017 and 2021, earning accolades including Young Player of the Season in 2018–19 and Player of the Season in 2020–21.
After her success at Birmingham, Hannah signed with Aston Villa in 2021, making 25 appearances before transferring to Chelsea in 2023. Since then, she has firmly established herself as a key player, earning 32 appearances and winning the prestigious Golden Glove for the 2024–25 season.
